Are you looking for a unique and professional meeting location at the IJsselmeer? Then you have come to the right place! Make use of our nice meeting rooms which are equipped with all technical comforts. We offer the possibility to organize and cater a meeting. And don't forget to combine your visit with one of our inspiring meeting breaks!

Strandhotel Vigilante & Strandhuys Makkum is located directly on the IJsselmeer near the atmospheric fishing village of Makkum. In the picturesque village full of stately merchant houses and richly decorated facades you will experience Frisian hospitality.

Our meeting rooms are equipped with all technical conveniences, you will be welcomed at the start of the meeting by one of our colleagues who will gladly give you the necessary explanation. Depending on which package you have chosen for your meeting, you will be received in the room with coffee, tea, mints and table water and also, for example, a delicious piece of Frisian orange cake. We have two meeting rooms, the Tichelaar room is suitable for small groups and the Royal is suitable for larger groups. We offer various attractive meeting arrangements. Our meeting packages are fully catered and include room rental, TV screen or projection screen, flipchart and a notepad with writing utensils.

Also for team building activities you have come to the right place. In cooperation with Surf N Sail Makkum we offer several activities in the water. Lessons are given on the IJsselmeer, right in front of the beach of Makkum. We also offer in cooperation with Poolster Charters a beautiful sailing trip on the IJsselmeer. In cooperation with Klazien van Kracht en Zien the focus is on vitality, energy, strength and mental resilience. Discover Yin Yoga, Crossfit Yoga and more! Rather compete for the title of Robinson? In collaboration with Outdoorburo, we offer a true Robinson experience. Besides Crossfit Yoga, boot camp and a hike through nature, you can also choose to complete a GPS tour by solving assignments, questions and/or riddles or discover beautiful Friesland on our E-choppers!
