During the National Congress on Events. In the category Events Innovation Award: And the WINNER is....... BOSK Arcadia. Incredibly proud of this result we achieved in the Municipality of Leeuwarden!

Friesland Convention Partners was actively involved in the National Event Congress in the Grote Sint Laurenskerk Alkmaar on April 3, 2023. With inspiration sessions with a high Frisian content: Oerol Festival and sports event & festival Stichting Sneekweek.

During the plenary sessions, Siart Smit, director of Oerol, provided insight into the special relationship between the festival and its location on Terschelling. Moreover, he shared his vision of the festival's role in the social field.

In the thematic sessions, the Sneekweek 2.0 organization explained how they got all involved parties from the municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân enthusiastic to sign the ambition document future-proof Sneekweek.
